Once a requester has read through the law school policies and protocol, the next step is to complete and submit an Event Request Form.
Once the submission is received by the School of Law Events Manager, follow up will be made via email within 3-5 business days. No area will be held until an Event Request Form is submitted. Priority is based on the order in which the inquiry was received. No more than 3 lunch events will be approved per day.

  • Submit Event Request
    We recognize that you need a timely response to your request, and we will begin working on it as soon as we have your information from the Event Request Form.
  • General speaker release form
    All speakers/panelists/participants who will be filmed, recorded or photographed at a School of Law event are required to sign and submit a release form.
  • SBA Reimbursement Form 
    All students and student groups seeking reimbursements from the SBA must submit a completed request form.
