Managing Change (Again!): Transitioning Back Into the Workplace

Although excitement is in the air with the return to an "open" campus, returning to the workplace this Fall also presents a number of challenges and unknowns to all faculty, staff, and students. How will I manage being back to a normal work schedule along with the demands of home? Do I need to prepare for both in-person and online work schedules? What can I do to manage the anxiety I'm feeling about so increased in-person interaction with students and colleagues? This Fall will, once again, ask us to draw from the resilience, self-compassion, and emotional flexibility we've developed over the past 18 months to see us through the new school year. This webinar will offer participants strategies for managing the ongoing structural/physical and psychological changes they are managing, as well as how to help colleagues and students navigate a significant season of change. A question/answer period will be offered after the presentation.

When: Tuesday, August 31, 2021 | 10 - 11 AM

Where: Online Webinar

Speaker: Robert Scholz, MA, LMFT, LPCC
