Expanded Ed-Tech Toolkit

At some point in your teaching, you may find yourself wishing that you and your students could do things that go beyond Pepperdine's core suite of educational technology tools — Courses, G Suite, Zoom, Panopto, and (on University-owned computers) Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office.

In most cases, it's best to start with your goal and then identify the most useful tool. On the other hand, learning about a previously unfamiliar tool may inspire you to create new types of learning experiences for your students. Please do keep in mind that any new tool you introduce will impose a learning curve on your students, so in general, using familiar tools in new ways may be preferable to introducing new tools. Please avoid adopting any tools that would incur fees for students.
