Project Request Form

The Office of Business Intelligence (BI) provides standardized reports containing aggregated, University-approved data sourced directly from our master data warehouse and published to a central reporting platform, University Analytics (powered by MS Power BI). Report access is restricted to those responsible for strategy and data-informed decision-making for their area. Before submitting a new project request, please do the following:

• Consult our Reports page for a full list of existing report collections to see if one may meet your needs
• Complete the Data Request Workflow to confirm whether or not BI is the correct office for your request

Project requests pertaining to University Analytics - whether new reports or modifications to existing reports - may be submitted by clicking below. Please note that your request will enter into a queue for further discovery and analysis prior to approval and development.
