Sexual Misconduct Policy and Title IX
All employee are required to regularly participate in the University's Sexual Harassment Prevention Awareness-Raising Education Program. Refer to section 5.1 of the Manual to read the Sexual Misconduct Policy.

The Payroll Office handles all payroll activities.

Kronos Timekeeping System
Employees can use Kronos to record their hours worked during each pay period, To access your timecard, go to https://mytime.pepperdine.edu
Pepperdine offers a suite of benefits for all active, regularly assigned, full-time staff employees. Review the full list of benefits and get more information on eligibility and each specific benefit. Some exceptions exist for part-time staff. Contact Human Resources for more information.

Suggest and Concerns (University)
Students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to communicate concerns about the community, report incidents, or misconduct, and make suggestions for improvement. Communication is encouraged through Suggestion/Concern boxes, the anonymous Public Safety Hotline (310-506-7634), and the anonymous electronic feedback form on the Human Resources website.
Discounts include restaurants, hotels, car wash, and more.
Discounts, available through Pepperdine's OneStop, include movies, theme parks, restaurants, theater events, and more. To receive many of these discounts, you will need to present your valid Pepperdine I.D. card.
There are many technology discounts for computer hardware and software as well as wireless providers available to staff and faculty of the Graziadio School.
