A secure self-service password reset system https://myid.pepperdine.edu allows you to manage your Pepperdine password for your NetworkID, Pepperdine email, Pepperdine G Suite (Google Apps) Account, and other Pepperdine resources.
The benefits of myid.pepperdine.edu for you are:

- Retrieve a PIN to reset your password on your mobile telephone or alternate email address

Sharp copiers on campus perform many functions including photocopying, printing, and scan-to-email. The instructions here explain how to configure your computer to print to any Sharp copier on campus.
The Graziadio School provides user with a P: / drive (10GB network storage space) to house all work-related files. This network location is backed up nightly and allows for easy recovery should you delete or misplace files.

SyncToy 2.1 is a free application from Microsoft that synchronizes files and folders between network locations or external devices. We use this program to provide a worry-free solution to create backup copies of files and folders to the P: / drive. Highly recommended for laptop users. Accellion secure attachment server allows you to send encrypted attachments. This service is also useful for sending very large files, up to 20Gb per message. Read more about Secure Attachments here.
Google Mail allows students, faculty, and staff to access their Pepperdine email, calendar, and contact list from anywhere with an Internet connection. Log in to Google Mail by visiting http://email.pepperdine.edu (requires WaveNet login). Find out more about email at Pepperdine here.
Courses is an open-source, learning management system that offers faculty a feature-rich,
online environment to support teaching and learning. The system includes basic features
such as a syllabus, grade book, and announcements and more advanced features such
as live chat, online testing, the ability to upload assignments, and distribute documents.

Microsoft Office 2010 training is available to all Graziadio staff. This training
resource was created by the Distinctive Leadership 2015 Initiative and sponsored by
the Commitment to Lifelong Learning group. This training resource covers Outlook,
Word and Excel 2010.

VPN, or Virtual Private Network, is a program that allows Pepperdine (non-student) employees to connect to the Pepperdine network from any Internet connection in the world. It is especially useful for users who need to remotely access Pepperdine network resources, such as disk drives or printers. All Pepperdine employees have the ability to run VPN software.
