RelateStrong Workshop
RelateStrong supports all people in learning how to have healthier relationships at work, at church, at home, with children, and in your friendships. In this workshop, you will have opportunities to discover the ways that past pain can show up in conflict with others, learn how to meaningfully connect with others through these moments, and utilize tools available to develop greater understanding of others.

In this informative session, we will be discussing the importance of sleep to the body. Additionally, we'll be discussing common sleep disorders in adults and children, as well as the overall relationship between stress, anxiety, mood, and sleep health
Service Drive with Food Share Ventura County
We have partnered with Food Share, a local nonprofit organization serving Ventura County. Food Share has been providing meals for individuals experiencing food insecurity since 1978. Today, staff and volunteers distribute more than 17 million pounds of food, or more than 20 million meals annually through its 190 pantry and program partners. We are excited to invite you to support Food Share by participating in our food drive!

University Events invites you to a Family Baseball Game on Saturday, March 25 at 1pm. At this event, there will be swag giveaways, concessions, and family-friendly activities such as face painting, and more.
