Managers play an important role in their employees' experiences here at Pepperdine, which in turn, affects the morale of the entire community, and the work we do for students. We are committed to training and supplying our supervisors with tools to manage effectively and positively.

Performance Management

Regular reviews are an important part of enhancing performance and managing workplace expectations. While documentation is important, this process should create helpful two-way or multi-dimensional communication. Return the completed form (including supervisory and employee signatures) to the Human Resources office.
