Pepperdine strives to cultivate the best supervisors across all departments and schools. In an effort to provide the most timely and beneficial resources for all supervisors, Human Resources has created Monthly Supervisor Challenges to bring new tools and resources to teams. Supervisors will receive these challenges monthly by email and University campus mail. 

Pepperdine also challenges its supervisors to ensure all employees receive timely and necessary feedback, whether weekly, monthly, or yearly. Human Resources has provided supervisors with a University portal and standardized template for annual performance assessments. This portal can be accessed by visiting performance.pepperdine.edu.
