We are blown away by the turnout for this drive and we can tell how much effort has gone into these donations. On behalf of Food Share, we would like to thank you for your abundant contributions of food for people experiencing food insecurity. Together, we were able to collect over 665 pounds of food for local community members in need - This is a huge feat! Your support greatly helps continue furthering our mission of service. This session will be facilitated by Christin Shatzer Román, Director of Community Engagement and Service in The Hub for Spiritual Life. In this interactive session, participants will explore frameworks for effective community engagement and service and will learn about dynamic volunteer opportunities with the university's nonprofit partners. Participants will leave with resources and a calendar of in-person and virtual service projects.
