The Online MSML program comprises 36 units of coursework drawn from the Behavior Sciences and Organizational Theory & Management disciplines of the Graziadio Business School. As part of the degree requirement, students will attend two residential "immersion" sessions, which are associated with program courses (BSCI 650 and OTMT 679) and serve as integral elements of the learning experience.

A minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 is required throughout the duration of the MSML Program.

Falling below the minimum GPA requirement will subject a student to academic probation. While on probation, students are limited to enrolling in a maximum of 4 units per trimester. The probationary status will not be removed until the minimum GPA requirement of 3.0 is reached.

As a member institution of Beta Gamma Sigma International, Pepperdine selects the top 20% of graduate-level students to join the prestigious honor society. The GPA review takes place during the final trimester of enrollment, encompassing grades that have officially posted on a student's record to date. Courses that are "in progress" at the time of the GPA review will not be considered for the purposes of determining the list of invitees to the Beta Gamma Sigma induction ceremony.
