Student Mail

All undergraduate students receive a mailbox on campus. The Seaver student mailboxes are located on the 2nd Floor of the Tyler Campus Center (TCC) by the Sandbar. Graduate Resident students will have a mailbox located at their housing complexes and should come to Mail Services to pick up large packages.

How to Address Student Mail

All incoming mail should have a student name and mailbox number included in the address. Students can access their box numbers and combo from their Pepperdine Wavenet portal. To ensure prompt and successful delivery to your mailbox, all student mail should be addressed in the following manner:

Student Name
Pepperdine University
24255 Pacific Coast Hwy # _________ (Your 4-Digit Box Number)
Malibu, CA 90263- ___________(Your 4-Digit Box Number)

*Mail Services reserves the right to open and/or return any mail not displaying a student name.

Packages

When mail parcels are too large to fit in the mailbox, students will receive an email notifying them that their package is ready for pick-up. The email will also include the pick-up location. Students must bring their Pepperdine CWID card and the notification email to pick up packages.

Seaver Student Mailboxes: 9:00 A.M. and 4:30 P.M.
Mail Services: 7:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
Central Receiving: 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M

Forwarding

If you are leaving the campus for the summer, on an international program, the Washington D.C. program, graduating, or withdrawing, you need to fill out a Mail Forwarding Form so you can continue to receive your mail. Please submit signed and completed forms at the Seaver Student Mailboxes or in the Mail Room on the Pad.

In the case of permanent leaves, Mail Services will forward your mail for up to three (3) months after the start date indicated on the form. If you are still attending the University, but are moving from on-campus to off-campus housing, do not submit a mail forwarding form.
