Overview
The minimum charge is four hours. Please note there is a fuel surcharge assessed for each driving assignment.

| Van with Driver | $15/hr + $0.55/mile |
| Van Only (See "Driver Eligibility") | $0.55/mile |

| 51-100 Miles | $15 |
| 100+ Miles | 15% of Total Mileage |
