Application Process

Attention: Campus housing for graduate students has been filled. If you would like to put yourself on a waitlist for on-campus housing, please complete the housing application in the Housing Portal and add yourself to a housing waitlist under the "Waitlist" page located after the "Application Status" page. Please note that housing is not guaranteed. 

New School of Public Policy Students

Congratulations on your admission to the School of Public Policy! New graduate students who are admitted must follow these steps to apply for housing:

  1. Submit the Intent to Enroll Form and pay the Enrollment Fee in your WaveNet Applicant Center. If you have questions regarding this step contact: sppadmissions@pepperdine.edu.
  2. All School of Public Policy students who wish to live in campus housing are required to make a non-refundable $500 housing prepayment to their student account. To submit a prepayment visit: School of Public Policy | Student Accounts.
  3. To apply for housing, visit the Housing Portal to submit a housing application and sign the contract.
  4. After completing the application, the Housing Office will send housing offers via email on a rolling basis based on space available.

Returning School of Public Policy Students

For School of Public Policy students who wish to apply for housing, please follow the steps below:

  1. Visit the Housing Portal to submit a housing application and sign the contract.
  2. After completing the application, the Housing Office will send housing offers via email on a rolling basis based on space available.

Frequently Asked Questions

I submitted my Housing Application and $500 prepayment. If I do not receive placement on campus, will my housing prepayment be refunded?

Yes. Your housing prepayment will be refunded in full to your student account.

Am I guaranteed on-campus housing if I submitted my housing application?

No, but we are committed to having graduate students on campus to the maximum extent possible.

When is the deadline?

Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis.

Can I select my roommate?

Yes! You can create a roommate group of up to four in your housing application.

Where will I live?

School of Public Policy students live in the Drescher Campus Apartments.

I wish to cancel my housing contract.
