Summer Housing

Summer 2024

The Housing Portal is now open for students to submit their Summer 2024 housing applications! Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis throughout the summer. 

Am I Eligible?

In order to be eligible for on-campus summer housing, students must be enrolled in at least one summer unit. Please note that graduate students are only eligible for housing during the period of the summer course they are enrolled in.

Summer 2024 Housing Rate

Each graduate student's summer academic program is specific to their school. Graduate students are billed according to their move-in and move-out dates.

  What do meal plans look like over the summer?

To enroll in a summer meal plan, please email There are three meal plan offerings students may select for the summer. Please note that neither meal plans nor housing are mandatory for students enrolled in summer courses. Graduate student meal plans expire at the end of their summer schedule and are non-refundable.

  Can I cancel my summer housing application/placement?

Cancel your summer housing application via the Housing Portal or by emailing our office. 

Students may cancel their summer housing prior to their scheduled check-in day with no penalty. After their scheduled check-in day, students will be charged the full session rate. 

  Is there an on-campus summer storage option?

There are no storage options for students to keep belongings on campus throughout the summer. As an alternative, feel free to review a list of our University-approved third-party vendors that offer various storage options including picking items up on-campus, sending boxes home, and storing items during the summer.
