Spring 2024 Application Process
The Housing Portal opens on November 6 for Spring 2024 housing applications. Please note that there is limited space for graduate students, and housing cannot be guaranteed.
The deadline to submit spring housing applications is December 4.
New Caruso School of Law Students
Congratulations on your admission to Pepperdine Law! New graduate students who are admitted must follow these steps to apply for housing:
- Submit a seat deposit payment to The Office of Admissions in The Caruso School of Law. If you have questions regarding this payment contact lawapps@pepperdine.edu.
- All School of Law students who wish to live in campus housing are required to make a non-refundable $500 housing prepayment to their student account. To submit a prepayment visit Caruso School of Law | Student Accounts.
- To apply for housing, visit the Housing Portal to submit a housing application and sign the contract.
- After completing the application, the Housing Office will send housing offers via email on a rolling basis based on the space available.
Returning Caruso School of Law Students
For returning Caruso School of Law students who wish to apply for housing, please follow the steps below:
- To apply for housing, visit the Housing Portal to submit a housing application and sign the contract.

Frequently Asked Questions
If I do not receive placement on campus, will my $500 housing prepayment be refunded?
Yes, if you do not receive an on-campus housing placement, you will be refunded in full to your student account.
Am I guaranteed on-campus housing if I submit my housing application?
No, but we are committed to having graduate students on campus to the greatest extent possible.
When is the deadline to apply for housing?
The deadline to apply for Spring 2024 housing is December 4.
Can I select my roommate?
No, as housing placements will be made based on availability and students may be assigned a roommate who is a current student already living in campus housing.
Where will I live?
Caruso School of Law students live in the George Page Residential Complex.
