Frequently Asked Questions

I submitted my Housing Application and $500 prepayment. If classes are online for the fall 2021 semester or if I do not receive a placement on campus, will my housing prepayment be refunded?
Yes. Your housing prepayment will be refunded in full to your student account.

Am I guaranteed on-campus housing if I submitted my housing application?
We are committed to having graduate students on campus to the maximum extent possible, but it will be some time before we know more precisely how many graduate students we can safely accommodate in our housing units.

Have graduate students already received housing placements? When will graduate students receive placements?
No. Graduate students have not yet received housing placements. However, we are committed to having graduate students on campus to the maximum extent possible. We will begin placing graduate students later this summer and will reach out to you directly if you have submitted a housing application and we need to go in another direction due to public health requirements.

Where will I live?

Caruso School of Law students live in the George Page Residential Complex.

How can I make sure I get housing?

Housing placements will be given on a first-come, first-serve basis to those who have completed their housing application in the Housing Portal.

Can I select my roommate?

Yes! You can create a roommate group of up to four in your housing application accessible through the Housing Portal.

When is the deadline?

The Housing Office will assign graduate students housing at a first-come, first-serve basis until we are full, at which point students will be placed on a waitlist. This process remains provisional and is contingent upon receiving approval to resume on-campus classes and operations for the Fall 2021 semester.

I wish to cancel my housing contract.

Please visit the Housing Portal to cancel.
