The Housing Portal is now open for summer housing applications from students enrolled for in-person summer courses or are at Pepperdine for other academic reasons. If you have any questions, please contact the housing office. 

Am I Eligible?

Graduate students may only live on campus if they are enrolled for in-person summer courses or for an academic reason.

How Much Does Housing Cost?

Each graduate school's summer academic program schedule is specific to that particular school. Students can request campus housing for the period of time that they will be enrolled in their summer class.

Graduate students are billed according to their move in and move out dates.

Private Bedroom in Drescher Apartments $1,355.00/per 4 weeks*

*Actual charge(s) will be based on contracted dates and length of occupancy. All rates are subject to change.

How Do I Sign Up?

Applications for Summer 2020 are now live! You can access the application via the Housing Portal.

Where Will I Live During Summer Sessions?

Graduate students who attend summer sessions will reside in the Drescher Campus Apartments.

When is the Deadline?

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Placements are made based on availability.
