The Housing Portal is open and now accepting housing applications for the 2020-2021 academic year.

New Seaver College Graduate Students

Congratulations on your admission to the graduate programs at Seaver College of Letters, Arts and Sciences! New graduate students who are admitted must follow these steps to apply for housing:

  1. Follow the instructions as outlined in your acceptance letter to complete your intention to enroll and submit your non-refundable tuition deposit. If you have questions regarding this payment, call (310) 506-4357 or (866) 767-8623 for assistance.
  2. All Seaver College Graduate students who wish to live in campus housing are required to make a non-refundable $500 housing prepayment to their student account. To submit a prepayment visit Seaver College | Student Accounts
  3. Visit the Housing Portal to submit a housing application and sign the contract.
  4. After completing the application, you will be placed in a room by the Housing Office.

Returning Seaver College Graduate Students

Seaver College Graduate students who are currently attending classes are required to make a prepayment to their student account. To apply for housing follow these steps:

  1. All Seaver College Graduate students who wish to live in campus housing are required to make a non-refundable $500 housing prepayment to their student account. To submit a prepayment visit Seaver College | Student Accounts.
  2. Visit the Housing Portal to submit a housing application and sign the contract.
  3. After completing the application, you will be placed in a room by the Housing Office.

 


Frequently Asked Questions

When is the deadline?

Housing applications are currently being accepted and the Housing Office will continue to assign graduate students housing until we are full, at which point students will be placed on a waitlist.

Where will I live?

Seaver Graduate students live in the Drescher Campus Apartments.

How can I make sure I get housing?

Housing placements will be given on a first-come, first-serve basis to those who have completed their housing application in the Housing Portal.

Can I select my roommate?

Yes! You can create a roommate group of up to four in your housing application accessible through the Housing Portal.
