Summer Housing
Summer 2025
The Housing Portal will open in April for students to submit their Summer 2025 housing applications! To be eligible for summer housing, please note that students must be enrolled in at least one summer unit (per session).
How to Apply
Within the summer housing application, students will indicate each summer session for which they are enrolled and are requesting housing.
While summer housing applications are accepted on a rolling basis, students should apply at their earliest convenience or latest by the dates listed below:
- Summer Session 1: By May 9 at 12 PM (noon)
- Summer Session 2: By June 6 at 12 PM (noon)
- Summer Session 3: By July 4 at 12 PM (noon)
Students who submit applications after these dates/times may not be notified of their housing placement before move-in day.

Summer Interim Housing (August 2 - 16)
Seaver undergraduate students interested in bridging the gap between the Summer Session 3 and Fall 2025 terms (August 2 - August 16) can apply for Summer Interim housing in the Housing Portal by the deadline of Wednesday, July 30 at 8 AM.
To be eligible for summer interim housing, students must:
- Have a Summer Session 3 housing assignment
- Have a housing assignment for the Fall 2025 semester
- Plan to stay on campus through the entirety of the August Interim period (August 2 - 16)
The flat rate for Summer Interim housing (August 2 - August 16) is $1,050. Please note that this is a flat rate regardless of the amount of nights spent on campus during the interim period (rates and dates are non-negotiable).
Students who wish to stay for interim housing may be expected to move from their Summer 2025 housing placement into their Fall 2025 placement during the interim period.
