The Pepperdine Work Program (PWP) is an institutional work opportunity typically available to students who demonstrate financial need. Award amounts are determined by the Financial Assistance Office and are funded entirely by an unrestricted scholarship. Hiring departments incur no costs when employing PWP students.

How to Offer a PWP Job

Any department that would like to hire students can hire students with PWP awards. Please be sure to speak with the Student Employment Office to see if we have created a PWP position for your department.
