Moving and Event Setup Services
Event Setup Services
Event setup services are provided free of charge during regular business hours, Monday-Friday from 8 am-5 pm, to the University community. Any events set up outside of the regular schedule will be recharged to the department planning the event. Resources for event setups consist of tables, chairs, canopies, and stages. Because these resources are limited, events should be booked and scheduled well in advance, typically two weeks before the planned event.
Student-sponsored events require prior approval via the Student Affairs office.
Please reserve your event location in 25live to avoid conflicts with other departments that have already reserved that location.
The Set Up team requires a two-week advance notice to accommodate requests for services.

Overview
Campus Operations are provided free of charge on behalf of official University business. Moves are conducted using professional equipment required to safely and securely handle University furnishings and equipment.
Resources are limited and require sufficient advance notice of move requests. Move
requests must be reviewed by the moving staff to evaluate and estimate the full extent
of the move.
The Moving team requires a two-week advance notice in order to accommodate requests for services.

Storage Services Overview
Campus Operations provides storage services at the Calabasas Warehouse. Due to limited
storage resources at the University, a storage policy has been established to use
this external facility, where storage is provided for no longer than six months and,
in some instances, up to 12 months.
A University internal requisition must be submitted Storage Request form to request storage. The form must contain a comprehensive inventory and description
of what is to be stored, which the requester must prepare in advance of transport
to storage. It is the responsibility of the requestor to pack and mark materials appropriately
(3 of 12, etc.). Warehouse Services is not responsible for contents not properly prepared
for storage.
