Courses LMS

New LMS Selected!

The University has selected Pepperdine Canvas to replace our Courses/Sakai LMS. Starting Fall 2025, the majority of classes will be created on the new LMS. Effective Spring 2026, all classes will be on Pepperdine Canvas, and no new classes will be created on Courses. Learn more about the LMS Transition.

Overview

Top 3 Solutions for Students

  1. Can't find a site?  Ask your professor if it's published or check the "Sites" tab.

A five-year retention period for sites on its primary learning management system (LMS), Courses (powered by Sakai) will be initiated July 31, 2022.  To help our faculty and site managers adjust to this new process, we will implement the retention period in several stages. See the LMS Retention Period for Courses.
