Check-Out Dates
All residents should be fully moved out of their on-campus housing by the dates/times listed below.

Submit Your Mandatory Check-Out eCLOM
All residential students must complete the mandatory Spring 2024 Check-Out eCLOM. The completion of this eCLOM is mandatory and failure to submit the eCLOM may result in a $25 fine. The eCLOM form will be shared with students via email, along with further check-out instructions in the coming weeks. Please be sure to monitor your Pepperdine email so you don’t miss it.
Summer Interim Housing
Undergraduate Students
Seaver undergraduate students interested in bridging the gap between the Spring 2024 and Summer Session 1 terms (April 26 to May 5) can apply for Summer Interim housing in the Housing Portal. The Summer Interim housing application will open on Monday, April 8 at 9 AM. The flat rate for Summer Interim housing (April 28 - May 7) is $1,000. Please note that this is a non-negotiable flat fee regardless of how many nights stayed during the interim period.
To be eligible for summer interim housing, students must:
- Be a current on-campus resident for Spring 2024,
- Be enrolled in courses for Summer Session 1 (enrollment will be verified) and,
- Have submitted an application for Summer Session 1 housing.
Students who wish to stay for interim housing may be expected to move from their Spring 2024 housing placement into their Summer 2024 placement during the interim period. More information and frequently asked questions about summer housing are available on our website.
