Please pack any important items needed before leaving (passports, medication, etc.) as access will not be granted for forgotten items.
Submit Your Mandatory Check-Out eCLOM
All residential students must complete the mandatory Fall 2023 Check-Out eCLOM. The completion of this eCLOM is mandatory and failure to submit the eCLOM may result in a $25 fine. The eCLOM form will be shared with students via email, along with further check-out instructions in late November/early December. Please be sure to monitor your Pepperdine email so you don’t miss it.
Fall Break and Thanksgiving Holiday
Students are welcome to remain in on-campus housing at no additional cost during the Fall Break (October 13 - October 16) and Thanksgiving Holiday (November 20 - November 24).
Winter Interim Housing
Seaver undergraduate students wishing to remain on campus for any portion of the Winter Interim (December 15 - January 6) must submit the Winter Interim housing application through the Housing Portal which will go live on November 30.
- The Winter Interim contract carries a flat rate of $1,650 for the interim period. Please note that this is a non-negotiable flat fee regardless of how many nights stayed during the winter break.
There is no additional cost associated with staying on campus during Winter Interim for graduate student residents, but a Winter Interim housing application must be submitted via the Housing Portal or card access will be revoked. This application will go live on November 30.
