Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) is the university's central team of creative marketing, communications, design, and media professionals whose goal is to create passionate and loyal advocates for Pepperdine. We tell the Pepperdine story by designing and delivering world-class integrated marketing and communication strategies to assist in brand development, recruitment, and life-long engagement. Integrated Marketing Communications is a branch of Advancement and Public Affairs.
Department Mission & Purpose
The mission of IMC is to positively influence the way people think, feel, and act about Pepperdine in order to position the institution as a preeminent, global, Christian university.
IMC promotes the university and ultimately focuses on the images, messages, and experiences that comprise the Pepperdine story in the marketplace.
While cultivating several of the university's main communication and outreach channels, the IMC department partners with various university and school departments to help them achieve their brand development, recruitment, retention, engagement, and fundraising goals.
