Partnering with IMC
Integrated Marketing Communications is excited to partner with University's five schools and central departments to create passionate and loyal advocates for Pepperdine.
Once a submitted project is approved by IMC, the request is moved into our project management system. This system allows for partnering departments to check on the status of a project, and receive communications directly from those working on the project.
If you have trouble logging on or would like to request access to our online project system please contact Integrated Marketing Communications at x4181.
The Public Affairs Media Bank is an official repository of digital assets including wordmarks, logos, and photography for marketing and communications at Pepperdine.
If you have trouble logging on or would like to request access to the PA Media Bank, please contact Integrated Marketing Communications at x4181.
In recent years IMC has become increasingly focused on strategic marketing and communications initiatives that help create passionate and loyal advocates for Pepperdine.
As we continue to dedicate our staff resources to the University's highest marketing and communications priorities, we will be offering alternative solutions to other projects and services requested of the team.
What these changes will look like for you and your department:
- IMC will prioritize projects that support the strategic marketing and communications initiatives of Pepperdine and its five schools.
- Through this website, IMC will be introducing self-help resources and templates for certain types of communications.
- IMC may connect you with a University-preferred vendor to complete your project in a timely manner while meeting Pepperdine branding standards.
- Submitting the IMC project initiation form does not guarantee that the team will be able to take on your project or complete it within your desired timeframe.
