- Dr. Cox provides the primary administrative oversight for the implementation and operation of all study abroad programs for Seaver College.

- Dr. Stewart primarily oversees International Programs' academic affairs, including curriculum coordination, internship development, and the assessment and evaluation of programs to ensure academic quality and continuous improvement.

Greg Muger | Director of Student Experience

- International travel experiences: Worked in 40+ countries
- Greg manages the health and well-being of students, including risk assessments, safety protocols, accommodations, mental health support, and emergency response. He also oversees the planning and execution of summer faculty-led programs in collaboration with faculty and staff.
Charlie Engelmann | Senior Director of Operations

- Former Director of Pepperdine's Shanghai residential program; alumnus of Heidelberg Program
- Traveled to more than 40 countries; lived in China for more than 15 years; fluent in Mandarin and highly skilled at eating dumplings
- Charlie oversees International Programs operations, including Malibu marketing, enrollment, preparation, safety, and student development, supports co-curricular programming, and leads the expansion of Pepperdine’s programs in Asia.
Kelly Peterson | Assistant Director of Marketing and Student Development

- Single Subject Teaching Credentials in Chemistry and Earth & Space Science - Taught 8th-12th grade in Central California
- Alumna of Pepperdine's Shanghai Program and IPRA internship
- Kelly manages the hiring and training of interns for the marketing, student development, and ambassador teams, while leading strategic marketing initiatives, and managing student engagement, retention, re-entry, and training for IPRAs and media coordinators.

Rachel Brown | Associate Director of Enrollment and Preparations

- Countries visited: Studied and worked in Scotland, Ecuador, and Germany and has visited 20+ other countries; Interim Director for the Switzerland Program 2025
- Rachel is primarily responsible for overseeing and managing the student admissions and preparation process, which includes program enrollment, handling vital travel documents, coordinating visas and flights, and administering International Programs scholarships.

- Anika manages the visa process and supports enrollment and preparation by handling documentation, coordinating logistics, and guiding students through key administrative steps for a smooth study abroad transition.

- Countries visited: 50+
- Quinn supports the management of student records, flight coordination, tracks and verifies vital documents, and assists with the visa process.
Marina McLeod | Office Coordinator
- B.A. in American Literature & Culture, UCLA
- Marina has visited 18+ countries and spent a year solo traveling through the UK and Ireland
- Marina functions as front office support for the International Programs staff and contributes to the supervision of student employees.
