Dr. Ron Cox

  • IP Faculty-in-Residence for Florence, Heidelberg, London, Middle East Studies:Jordan, and Uganda programs

  • Dr. Cox provides the primary administrative oversight for the implementation and operation of all overseas programs for Seaver College
Fiona Stewart

Fiona M. Stewart | Associate Dean of International Programs

  • Ph.D. Italian, University of Glasgow 2007
  • MA (Hons.) Italian & Latin, University of Glasgow 2000
  • International experience: grew up in the UK; studied and/or worked in the UK, Italy, and USA; directed study abroad programs in Italy; Pepperdine IP Faculty-in-Residence for London
  • Dr. Stewart primarily overseas International Programs' academic affairs, internships, and program assessment and evaluations
Greg Muger

Greg Muger | Director, Student Experience

  • Ph.D. Global Leadership and Change, Pepperdine University 2020
  • M.A. Leadership Studies, Azusa Pacific University 2003
  • International travel experiences: Worked in 40+ countries
  • Since 2014, Dr. Muger has been responsible for central operations and the overall direction and guidance of the International Programs Malibu Office
Charlie Engelmann

Charlie Engelmann | Senior Director of Operations

  • M.A. International Economics, Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies; B.A. Organizational Communication, Pepperdine University.
  • Former Director of Pepperdine's Shanghai residential program; alumnus of Heidelberg program
  • Traveled to more than 35 countries; lived in China for more than 15 years; fluent in Mandarin and highly skilled at eating dumplings.
  • Charlie is managing the expansion of Pepperdine's programmatic offerings in Asia, including the Japan Summer Program and a future residential program in Asia. He also promotes student abroad opportunities through marketing, events and student development.
Kelly Peterson

Kelly Peterson | Assistant Director of Marketing and Student Development

  • B.A. Education, Pepperdine University, Malibu 2019
  • Single Subject Teaching Credentials in Chemistry and Earth & Space Science - Taught 8th-12th grade in Central California
  • Alumna of Pepperdine's Shanghai Program and IPRA internship
  • Kelly is primarily responsible for marketing and student development to promote all programs and supervise student workers
Stacey Chen

Stacey Chen | Manager of Immigration Services

  • Ed.D. Educational Leadership and Policy Studies , CSU Northridge  
  • M.A. Educational Leadership and Policy Studies, CSU Northridge
  • B.S. International Business & Marketing, Cal Poly Pomona  
  • Travel to 15+ countries; lived in Laos; lived and worked in Paris, France.  Stacey is fluent in French, Mandarin, and Cantonese. 
  • Stacey assists students with preparing their vital documents, visa applications, submission to consulates for visa approval, and immigration questions. 
Rachel Brown

Rachel Brown | Associate Director of Enrollment and Preparations

  • Master of Arts in English Literature, Abilene Christian University
  • Countries visited: Studied and worked in Scotland, Ecuador, and Germany and has visited 20+ other countries
  • Rachel is primarily responsible for oversight and management of the student admissions and preparations process, including program enrollment, vital documents, visas, flights and IP scholarships.

Bernadette Bolton | Budget Analyst

  • B.S. Biology with Secondary Education Certification, Stockton University 1994
  • Bernadette has traveled to 20+ countires and lived in New York City, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., and Barcelona. She is skilled at finding the best local cafes and coffee shops.
  • Bernadette reviews and analyzes the financial transactions and budgets for each International Program. 

Anika De Long

Anika De Long | Coordinator of Study Abroad Enrollment and Preparations

  • B.A. in Music, Pepperdine University 2021, M.A in Music, University of Illinois 2023
  • Alumna of Pepperdine's Heidelberg, Germany,  Buenos Aires, and Jordan Program
  • Countries visited: 30+
  • Anika assists with the administration and planning of the International Programs enrollment and preparations processes.
