- Travel Questionnaire: due November 12, 2022
- Deadline to apply for your passport (if needed): November 20, 2022
Completed IP Document Submission Form including the following documents:
- Passport Copy: due January 14, 2022
- Second Passport Copy (if needed): due April 1, 2022
- Health Clearance Form and Flight Itinerary (for flight exempt students only): November 18, 2022
