Drescher Campus Apartments
Built in 2003, the Drescher Campus Apartments are organized in 13 blocks of apartments that typically house Seaver College upperclassman students and Pepperdine graduate students. Across the street from the Drescher Graduate Campus, the complex offers quiet living spaces, stunning ocean views, outdoor common areas, a fitness center, wireless internet, mailboxes, and community barbecues.
Furnishing
Each apartment contains:
- Four single-occupancy bedrooms furnished with an extra-long twin bed, dresser, bookcase, file cabinet, desk, and chair.
- An apartment bathroom containing two sinks, one shower, and one toilet.
- A kitchen equipped with a gas stovetop and oven, refrigerator, microwave, and sink with disposal.
- A living room furnished with a couch, side chair, coffee table, end table, dining table with chairs, and an entertainment center.

Amenities
Residential amenities include utilities (electric/gas/water), high-speed internet, and an on-site laundry room with a washer/dryer. Residents are welcome to utilize campus shuttles for transportation to key locations around the Malibu campus. An off-campus Malibu shopping shuttle is also available to take students to nearby shopping locations. For students with vehicles, on-campus parking permits are attainable by registering through the Department of Public Safety. Residents with parking permits may park in a covered 300-space parking structure adjacent to the Drescher Campus Apartments.
Within the Pepperdine community, residents have quick and easy access to community rooms, courtyards with grills, academic facilities (e.g., library, classrooms), and dining venues, including some late-night options. Students also have access to a variety of fitness centers, recreational courts (basketball, tennis, volleyball, track), walking/hiking trails, and a pool/spa! The Pepperdine Malibu campus is a gated community with a guard booth and is patrolled 24/7 by the Department of Public Safety.
Drescher Fitness Center
The Drescher Fitness Center located in the Drescher Campus Apartments complex, provides access to cardio machines, a multi-weight station, and benches.
Drescher Cafe
During weekdays, the Drescher Cafe located in the Villa Graziadio Executive Center offers a variety of hot meals, made-to-order sandwiches, prepared foods, and drinks. Meal plans can also be used with the fresh-food vending machines located at the Drescher Graduate Campus.

No. You will not be able to bunk, raise, or loft your bed.
No. Due to safety concerns, residents may not stack their beds on top of the furniture.
The majority of living areas at Pepperdine are not air-conditioned with the exception of Drescher W Block. Residents are not allowed to install air conditioners of any kind. Portable fans are allowed as long as the window screen remains in the window. Nothing can extend from the window or the building.
You may hang items on your walls by using small nails, tacks, or putty only. No screws or bolts are allowed. Do not hang items from your ceiling. TV or surfboard mounts are not allowed. Surfboards may be stored in the common living area.
