Cvent
General Information
In 2024, Pepperdine selected Cvent as the University's event management tool. Cvent provides event creators with a solution to handle all types of events, including multi-day, multi-session with complex pricing events to a simple event announcement.
Event Request Form
Non-Cvent Users
Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) will create events for those who only have a few events per year. Please fill out the Cvent Event Request Form (login required) to start the event creation process. Staff users will have a chance to review their event registration page before going live.
Existing Cvent Users
Login to Cvent and start the event creation process by completing the Meeting Requests form under the Meetings menu.
System Access & Training
If event planners have more than five events a year, then they should fill out the Cvent Access Application form to start the onboarding process. Training is required before gaining access to the system. Training opportunities are provided on an as needed basis.
Cvent Login
IMC will create Cvent user accounts after training has been completed. Once the user account has been created, event planners should login to Cvent with their Pepperdine Network credentials.

Cvent Community offers user guides, learning modules, knowledge base articles, community support, and much more to assist with creating and managing events.
