Online B. S. in Management Program Learning Outcomes

Upon completion of the Online B. S. in Management program, students will be able to:

 Goal 1: Action

  1. Collaborate effectively to build consensus, lead teams, and support organizational change 
  2. Compose communication with clarity to encourage engagement, justify courses of action, and convey value

  3. Analyze various data and propose evidence-based decisions and action plans
  4. Examine ethical, cultural, and diverse perspectives in the competitive marketplace

Goal 2: Impact

  1. Recommend improvements to address business and supply chain operations using management skills and practices

  2. Apply statistical, financial, and accounting analysis to draw conclusions and make recommendations
  3. Assess political and economic factors to determine the impact on production, distribution, investment, and strategy within a global context
  4. Integrate foundational business and general management principles to develop an effective business strategy
