Living on-campus is an incredible way to fully experience college life. The on-campus experience offers students both convenience and a place to belong in a community. The residential experience provides students the opportunity for more peer and faculty interaction, enhanced learning, and academic, social, and spiritual growth. Our residence halls and apartments located on our picturesque Malibu campus provide quick access to our various schools, recreational facilities, and on-campus dining.

The 2026-2027 Housing Application opens May 1 for incoming Seaver students! The deadline to create your roommate group in the Housing Portal is June 1, 2026. For more information and FAQs about our residence halls, visit our webpages for First-Year Students and Transfer Students.
