Recognition and appreciation are at the heart of an engaged and thriving workplace. Waves of Gratitude is a new peer-to-peer recognition program designed to make it easier than ever to celebrate the everyday contributions, kindness, and achievements of one another.
This program empowers employees at every level to recognize one another for the positive impact they make. You might choose to recognize a colleague because of a small act of kindness, going above and beyond in their role, or showing support to a teammate. Together, these recognitions build a culture of gratitude and community that makes Pepperdine stronger.

How It Works
- Submit Recognition: Use the online form below to share your appreciation.
- Live Recognition: Approved recognitions will appear on our live webpage feed for the community to celebrate.*
- Recognition Raffles: Both the giver and receiver of recognition will automatically be entered into quarterly raffles for fun prizes including local restaurant gift cards and Pepperdine merchandise.**
