The Inter-Club Council (ICC) helps approved Pepperdine clubs gain access to funding and event planning information. The Inter-Club Council invests over $60,000 in student-led initiatives each semester.

Oversee the Registration and Accreditation of Student Organizations.
Maintain the Funding Agreement Records sent and received by ICC
Compile and Update a List of ICC Club Representatives
Prepare the Agenda for Finance Meetings
Create and Update GoogleDocs that Record the Financial Decisions made during Finance Meetings
Order Supplies for ICC
Arrange at least 1 team retreat each semester.

Event planning skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications: Word & Excel
Works collaboratively, efficiently and has excellent communication skills including writing skills and comfortable taking phone calls.

Educate Club Representatives Regarding Proper Funding and
Schedule Finance Meetings for Requests that exceed $1,000.00
Receive, review and process General Fund and Student Development Fund requests
Create and Distribute Funding Reports
Audit all Reimbursements for Accuracy
Reallocate and Substantiate University Credit Card Statements
Maintain the accounts of ICC's expenses
Majoring in Accounting or Finance with at least a 3.25 GPA
ADVANCED MS Excel skills (Including Formulas, Pivot Tables and Macros)
Excellent analytical skills
Ability to collaborate with all levels of staff
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Manages the Branding of InterClub Council
Processes Incoming Printing Requests and Inquiries
Designs Flyers for Student Club Events and Activities
Provides Design Consultation to Recognized Clubs and Orgs on Campus
Strong graphic design skills and expertise in the following Adobe programs: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
Excellent typography skills
Works collaboratively, efficiently and has clear communication skills
