Feedback/Suggestions



Students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to communicate concerns about the community, report incidents or misconduct, and make suggestions for improvement. Anonymous and easily accessible means of communication are essential and available via the following options:

  • Suggestion/Concern boxes located at every campus. (See locations below);
  • Public Safety Anonymous Wave Tip Line (310-506-7634);
  • LiveSafe App;
  • Blue Light Phones located around campus;
  • Electronic Feedback Forms:
    • Human Resources electronic feedback form at the bottom of this page;
    • Office for Community Belonging concern form;
    • Anonymous Department of Public Safety Report a Concern resource.

All submissions to the electronic feedback form are anonymous unless a community member chooses to submit their name and number for a status update.
