Student Government Association

The Student Government Association (SGA) is dedicated to providing the students of Pepperdine University with quality representation through innovative advocacy programs. When a need arises, we strive not to just pass that concern on to the administration, but to offer real solutions. Governed by an elected executive board, class presidents, senators, and appointed directors, SGA has several committees that work with administrators, faculty, and staff across the University to address student needs.

Student Community

Though the focus of SGA is advocacy, policy, and representation, we team up with other student organizations, such as the Student Programming Board (the Board) and Student Alumni Organization (SAO) in sponsorship of class-specific events. From advocating free therapist visits at the Counseling Center to the annual Christmas Tree Lighting with the Board, SGA offers you a host of fulfilling and exciting opportunities for involvement.
