Please take a moment to review important faculty instructions and scheduling information regarding the day's festivities.
Academic attire is required for all faculty that will process in the ceremony. If you are in need of rental attire, please contact Kenisha Danley to order your regalia. On the day of the ceremony, faculty should arrive at the Tennis Courts dressed in academic attire by 9:30 am. Staff marshals will be available to instruct and assist you with procession details at that time. Parking is located on John Tyler Drive.

Faculty participation requires that you arrive at 9:00 am to robe in a designated area behind the Firestone Fieldhouse. Student robing will take place in the same area. If you choose to mingle with the graduates before the ceremony please return to the faculty line up area by 9:45 am. There will not be a morning reception. The ceremony will start at 10:30 am sharp.
If you need us to send your regalia prior to commencement, please let me know which campus to send it ASAP and I will send it through intercampus mail on Monday.
You will not need parking passes any longer! Your name will be given to security to allow you access to the parking lot.
A light reception will be held outside of the Firestone Fieldhouse immediately following the ceremony. This will be an opportunity to reunite with your students and their families. Program signs will be posted around the area as meeting points.
