Courtney Scott can assist you with your required new hire paperwork and answer questions about your contract. Completing your new hire paperwork will trigger access to all Pepperdine University systems including WaveNet, Kronos, and 2PeP.

Pepperdine Email and Network ID
After completing your new hire paperwork, you will receive a Pepperdine email account and a network ID. All official correspondence will be directed to your Pepperdine email so please be sure to check it regularly. Your network ID is typically the first letter of your first name and your last name (i.e. John Doe= jdoe) and will be used to access other important systems through our central authentication service (CAS). Once you have been hired in our HR system, you can access your Faculty Center through Pepperdine's online portal, Wavenet. Your Faculty Center will connect you to your class schedule, class photo roster, and is the place to enter your final grades. The Employee Self Service tab allows you to update your employee information and view payroll information.
New Faculty Orientation
This required new faculty orientation will help you become familiar with policies, procedures, and expectations for faculty. Keep an eye out for a formal invitation, but please save the date: December 14 from 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM via Zoom.

Faculty can order desk copies of textbooks or obtain other class resources by contacting the publisher directly. Additionally, electronic resources can be secured from our Pepperdine library. If your course uses an HBS Case Pack, here are instructions for accessing Harvard Business Review materials.

Online Technology Training
Online training is available HERE. If you have specific technical support needs, you should use the built-in chat tool in 2Pep (bottom-right corner), or email. They can answer questions about our technology tools such as 2PeP, Zoom, ProctorU, Turnitin, etc.
