How to Modify Access
Finance Access Form
In order to modify a user's access, submit a new form identifying the new departments and roles as well as the existing departments and roles. It is important to note that every department or role that previously existed must be selected, otherwise any existing departmental access or security access roles will be removed.
How to Modify
Visit the How to Request Access page for directions on how to modify since the steps in modifying a user's access
are the same. The only difference is the need to select existing roles. As displayed
below, select the Existing Access tab to view the employee's current security access roles.
