Legacy Shared Drive Lookup

Use the Legacy Shared Drive Lookup tool to search for your Pepperdine email address. Matches will indicate older Shared Drives in Pepperdine's Google Workspace that have been assigned a temporary storage limit.

Once the appropriate action has been taken (reduction of content below 9 GB or purchase of additional capacity), it will be removed from the list. Only faculty or staff may purchase additional storage. Temporary storage limits will expire on August 1, 2026 and revert to the default limit of 10 GB at that time unless additional space is purchased.
