Department Liaison

To assist with the dissemination of technology information and events throughout the University, Information Technology has partnered with certain individuals to be liaisons between their departments and Information Technology.

What can departmental liaisons expect from Information Technology? Whenever Information Technology has information about a technology improvement or event that will affect the University community, departmental liaisons will be among the first to be informed.

What is expected of each departmental liaison?

  1. Be a two-way communications channel between your department and Information Technology.
  2. Provide feedback to Information Technology whenever appropriate.
  3. Help inform your colleagues about IT initiatives.
