Change Voicemail Settings or Password Online

Changing settings

  1. In any web browser, go to
  2. In the "User Name" field, enter your Pepperdine NetworkID.
  3. In the "Password" field, enter your Pepperdine NetworkID password.
  4. Click the "Messaging Assistant" button to enter active assistant.

Changing passwords

  1. In active assistant, click on "Change Pin" under "Passwords Tab."
  2. Type a new password in the "Enter New Password" field.
  3. Type the new password again in the "Confirm New Password" field.
  4. Click the "Save" button in the lower left corner of the window.
  5. Click "Log Off" in the top right corner of the screen.
  6. Your new password is now active.
