Google Essentials (Beginner)

Gmail

This 60 minutes, hands-on training session will provide staff real time training in using Gmail. Central to this classroom/lab training are practical exercises designed to provide experience and boost your confidence in using Gmail.

In this training you will:

  • Navigate within Google Mail and tailor your inbox preferences
  • Tips and tricks to compose, send, and read email, including conversation/thread view
  • "Archive" your email as well as set-up and use labels for increased efficiency
  • Search your email
  • Set up and use filters
