Kronos Timekeeping System

Kronos is Pepperdine University's online timekeeping system managed by the Pepperdine Payroll department. It is a Web-based time and attendance system that helps ensure accurate recording of employee time worked. A tool that can be used for both employees and employers, Kronos provides electronic timecards and links with the Payroll department to help ensure an accurate and dependable system.

  • Create, review, and approve time cards.
  • Set up schedules.
  • Transfer from one job to another.
