LastPass
Best Practices
The best practice to keep yourself safe on the Internet is to use unique and strong passwords for each of your online accounts. Password managers help to create and store each of those unique passwords in one convenient and secure location. The free version of LastPass is a recommended password manager for personal use.
Students
An email was sent to you on October 18th from Information Technology promoting Lastpass and our student login survey. The email is not phishing or spam! Let us know your thoughts on using multi-factor authentication for login at Pepperdine!
University Employees
LastPass "Free" is NOT approved for University workgroups. Instead, use LastPass "Enterprise." You can use separate "Free" account for your personal passwords, created under your personal email. Learn more about receiving a LastPass "Enterprise" license for your workgroup to facilitate system administration, programming or web app construction.
