2016 Annual Review: Tech Support

Client Services exists to provides an agile, people-centric approach to support. Client Services staff are well trained in all of the technology tools and services used at Pepperdine, with a common goal to simplify support and empower our community.

Overview

In addition to individualized School support on each campus, the newly minted Tech Central in the TAC building in Malibu provides one central location for technology support. 

Tech support can help with connecting to WaveNet, Courses, and wifi as well as provide assistance in securing your computer, printing to public computers or any other technical difficulties.

One of the best resources for students, although still largely underused, is the student tech support available in Tech Central.  This free service to any Pepperdine Student can help with anything and everything related to technology on campus.
