Technical Support

Tech Central provides hands-on tech support for Pepperdine students, faculty, and staff. The primary Tech Central office is located in B100 in the Thornton Administrative Center (TAC) on the Malibu campus, with local offices at most Southern California campuses as well.

Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Students

Along with tech support, we also:

  • Arrange technology discounts for the Pepperdine community, like FREE Office 365 for students
  • Provide consultation about tech purchases for students, faculty, and staff.

 

Faculty & Staff

Faculty and staff may call the number above, or:

  • Use IT Support forms for non-emergency tech requests.
