Join a Meeting
Overview
You can join a google meeting from either the calendar, directly from the home page, or by dialing in on your phone.
To join a meeting from Calendar:
- Select the event. The event details mini-window will pop-up.
- Hover over and select Join Hangouts Meet. You will be directed to the landing page of the meeting in a new browser tab.
- Adjust any settings as necessary and then select Join Meeting.
To join an event that you have been invited to from the Meet homepage, go to meet.google.com.
Then simply select the meeting from your list. Keep in mind, the meetings that appear on your list must also be on your calendar.
