In the absence of a traditional physical presence on campuses, we hope to put a different kind of face on IT for the Pepperdine community.  Because you can't come to us at Tech Central and via the available IT support for all our campuses, we decided to bring IT support to you.  We are sending biweekly email messaging to the community with the answers to the most common questions IT receives from students, faculty, and staff.  As those messages accumulate, we will add that content on this page so that you will have a resource for the answers to the most common questions our Tech Central staff answers.

WaveNet is a powerful online tool that provides students, faculty, and staff with access to vital subjects across a broad spectrum, including:

For Students using WaveNet, you can change your emergency contact information, double check your class schedule, review your financial aid, check a grade, and much more using the information on the WaveNet for Students page on the IT website. This page and the webpages it links to are a virtual roadmap for all your administrative needs at Pepperdine.

For Faculty and Staff using WaveNet, faculty can handle multiple functions from managing classes to advising students.  Staff can review the available in-house professional development opportunities through the IT Training calendar, or expand their knowledge in Zoom or G Suite.
