Visitors and contractors at Pepperdine University should first speak with their campus sponsor to set up an account at the University. The links below contain information about the IT services available to visitors and contractors.

Technology Services Available for University Visitors
It is best to speak with the person or department responsible for your presence at the University to let them know your technology needs. Access to the internet through the University wireless network is available from a "guest" login. Using your Web browser, go to any Web page. You will be directed to a Pepperdine wireless network login screen; sign in as a guest.
Get a Pepperdine E-mail or Network Account
The department that contracts your services may complete and submit to the IT Service Desk, a Network Request Form to request e-mail and network access for your University business use. Any billable services will be charged to your sponsoring department.
Get Access to the Wireless Network
You may access the Pepperdine wireless network using an assigned network ID or as a "guest." To log in as a guest, use your Web browser to go to any Web page. You will be directed to a Pepperdine wireless network login screen where you may sign in as a guest.
Access the Pepperdine Network or Servers From an Outside or External Network
The department that contracts your services may make a request to the IT Service Desk for your access to the Pepperdine University remote access server. Please provide the name of the application you will be running and the timeframe for which you will need access.
Who to talk to when a project requires a work/input from, or access to, services controlled by Pepperdine's Information Technology department
The department that contracts your services may request access to additional network services. That department will be responsible for any charges. Please provide as much information as possible so we can understand your needs.
