1. What technology services are available for University visitors?

It is best to speak with the person or department responsible for your presence at the University to let them know your technology needs. Access to the internet through the University wireless network is available from a "guest" login. Using your Web browser, go to any Web page. You will be directed to a Pepperdine wireless network login screen; sign in as a guest.

2. How can I get a Pepperdine e-mail/network account?

The department that contracts your services may complete and submit to the IT Help Desk, a Network Request Form to request e-mail and network access for your University business use. Any billable services will be charged to your sponsoring department.

3. How can I get access to your wireless network?

You may access the Pepperdine wireless network using an assigned network ID or as a "guest." To log in as a guest, use your Web browser to go to any Web page. You will be directed to a Pepperdine wireless network login screen where you may sign in as a guest.

4. How can I access your network/servers from an outside/external network?

The department that contracts your services may make a request to the IT Help Desk for your access to the Pepperdine University remote access server. Please provide the name of the application you will be running and the timeframe for which you will need access.

5. The project I am working on requires work/input from, or access to, services controlled by Pepperdine's Information Technology department. With whom should I speak?

The department that contracts your services may request access to additional network services. That department will be responsible for any charges. Please provide as much information as possible so we can understand your needs.
